    Tutor

To sign up as a Tutor, open "Tutor Registration" page, provide valid information, read, understand and accept terms and conditions and then press register button. Remember the fields marked * are compulsory. Once you have successfully registered you have to verify your email account by clicking the emailed link.

Once you have completed the Tutor Registration process, Sign in by providing your account credentials. Complete your profile in the following three steps;

  1. Add your educational Qualifications,
  2. Upload scanned copy of your educational documents and CNIC,
  3. Add your Professional information and experience details,

Once you have completed all of the above steps, we will verify your provided information. Once you are approved by our verification team, you will be eligible to appear in the search results.

You must provide educational documents to be activated, without providing educational documents you cannot get any tuition from our academy.

Search criteria is simple; tutors having more tutor points will be on top of search results.

A tutor can be on top of the results by teaching more quality tuitions and by helping more students in the forum. The achieved tutor points combines establish a tutor's position in search results.

Featured tutors are either premium members or tutors having extraordinary performance during a month.

A tutor can become a premium member by paying the advance subscription fee. Subscription fee is a fixed amount paid in advance , the fee will be returned as adjustment to the academy's commission.

Academy will ensure that premium members get at least one tuition in the month of subscription. If academy is unable to provide one tuition in that month, subscription continues for the next month as well.

There is no limit on number of tuitions per month, you can avail as many tuitions as you can manage, as long as you abide by the terms of use.

Building a tutor profile on our portal is completely free of charge. We also donot charge any fee for verifying your details and your educational documents. However, we ask for a one-time %age of agreed upon tuition fees as administration charges. This fee enables us to continue providing our users with a personalized seamless experience through our portal.

The service charges are due on the tutor upon starting the tuition. The tutor can either pay the charges immediately or can pay the charges upon receiving the first month's tuition fees from the parent. It is important to note that the service charges are non-adjustable and non-refundable under any scenario.

According to our terms of use, first month's fee will be collected by the academy, tutors will be given their share according to our terms of use.

A tutor is awarded tutor points based upon his performance and his attitude towards helping students. These points in turn define a tutors level.

A student can award his teacher upto 50 points as feedback review. If someone finds an answer given by a tutor helpful, he can award him 5 points by liking his answer.

The tutor level is the degree of professionalsim for a tutor. A tutor may have one of the three defined levels, depending upon his reputation amongst other members.

  1. Beginner
  2. Intermediate
  3. Professional

The professionalism of a tutor is judged on the basis of tutor points, i.e. Beginner = less than 500 Tutor Points, Intermediate = Between 500 and 1000 Tutor Points and Professional = greater than 1000 Tutor Points.

You can edit your personal information and professional information by logging in to your tutor panel.

If it is agreed upon as a mode of teaching between you and the student, then why not!. You can use any available internet tool for this purpose e.g., Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams and Google meet. It is both your and student's responsibility to have an appropriate internet connection available to make this work.

    Student

To sign up as a Student, open "Student Registration" page, provide valid information, read, understand and accept terms and conditions and then press register button. Remember the fields marked * are compulsory. Once you have successfully registered you have to verify your email account by clicking the emailed link.

Click Search Tutors link and just enter the subject, education level and city and find a list of relevant tutor profiles .

Once you have chosen a tutor that suits your requirements, click on "Hire This Tutor" button. Select the subject you want to read and send the hiring request. Leave rest upon us, we will check availablity of your selected tutor. If everything works for all, we will connect you both .

We charge absolutely nothing from the parents/students. However, we take a 'one-off' small amount of commission from our tutors. This helps us in running our platform and to compensate our team for their hardwork they put into providing a personalised service for you.
