As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Academy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
The enrolling student, tutors, and where applicable their parents or legal guardians must ensure that they fully understand the terms of the Contract, which is written in English (and, if necessary, take appropriate advice to enable them to do so) before they become bound by its terms.
