About Myself
I have been a Senior Lecturer at Uswa College Islamabad since August 2012, where I have developed and implemented engaging curricula that meet the standards of both the Cambridge program and FBISE system. My approach to teaching combines a focus on academic excellence with an emphasis on developing strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a love for literature among students. While teaching at USWA College I have successfully prepared students for FBISE exams with a high pass rate. I have always implemented interactive and technology-driven teaching methods to enhance learning.
Additionally, I have served as an adjunct faculty member at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, since September 2020, and as a resource person and tutor at Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, since 2020. These roles have further honed my skills in teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development.
I possess excellent leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the Cambridge program and FBISE system. My strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents have always contributed to a positive learning environment.
