I have a diverse portfolio of teaching Business Studies to students of universities / colleges along-with serving as their mentor. Additionally, I have been serving as a career counsellor as well to ensure students learn from their studies as well as choose the right path.
About Myself
A few qualities and achievement about me which are worthy / notable are as follows:-
- I have a strong understanding of core business concepts such as marketing, HR, Management etcetera as I am an HR Professional as well. This allows me to provide students with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Adaptability; Every student learns at his / her own pace. I ensure slow learners are aligned with the pace of fast learners using different teaching strategies so the whole class is worked out collectively and equally.
- Engaging Students; Practical examples / real life scenarios are the best form to keep the students engaged and focused. I ensure to keep the sessions as interactive as I can.
- Effective Communication; Making sure I am articulate enough that every student thoroughly understands me.
- Career Counsellor / Professional Development; I have been serving as a career counsellor as well to ensure my students learn from books, gain knowledge along-with choosing the right path for themselves. Further, developing them professionally as well so they are already a step ahead when they reach their practical lives.
- Feedback; I often take feedback from parents and students to ensure all teaching strategies are understood by parents and students both in order for us to grow and bloom simultaneously.
